What the Privacy Policy means and what is covered

Poole Park Photo Mosaic (“We”) are committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you (the user) provide to us when visiting or using poolepark.org, and we will comply with all Data Protection Act requirements.

To download images for the photo mosaic you will need to register with us. When you register we will collect personally identifiable information from you that will include your name and email address. This data is kept secure and will only be used for the purpose that you are providing it; it will not be passed on to a third party. 

2. Web Site Usage Information 

IP addresses and website usage information is automatically collected from you when you visit poolepark.org. This information helps us evaluate how visitors and subscribers use and navigate poolepark.org on an aggregate basis, including the number and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each web page, and the length of their visits.

You may review and update your personal identifiable registration information on all facilities that require you to register at anytime.
